„Of entrepreuneurial ups and downs – Insights from being a biotech founder in Germany“ – Biotech Entrepreneurship and Leadership Lectures with David Wehner
We are pleased to announce the next „Biotech Entrepreneurship and Leadership Lecture„. David Wehner, Senior Teamleader at Hays and Freelance Coach, will speak about „Entrepreuneurial ups and downs – Insights from being a biotech founder in Germany“.
David holds a Diploma in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biotechnology both from TU Munich. In addition, he studied at the Center for Digital Technology and Management in Munich.
Currently, David works for Hays in Stuttgart establishing a new segment within Hays’ life sciences business unit.
From 2014 until March 2018 he was co-founder and managing director of Venneos GmbH, a high-tech spinoff from Max Planck Society.
In 2015, the magazine Capital named David one of the 40 entrepreneurial top talents under 40. In 2016, LABIOTECH named him one of the Top 10 European Biotech Entrepreneurs under 30.
David serves as a judge in the Science4Life business plan competition and as freelancing coach to several tech start-ups.
